Cameron and Corey Rosovsky founded Clear Your Schedule, inspired by hospitality and Clear Days Ranch. The horse-trailer mobile bar turns an event service into a memorable gathering place.
From weddings and showers to birthdays, mixers, brand events and private parties, the team builds each bar experience around the event.

What is a dry-hire mobile bar?
A dry-hire bar serves beverages supplied by the event host. Clear Your Schedule can help plan quantities and signature beverages, but the host supplies the alcohol.
What events do you serve?
Weddings, showers, birthdays, mixers, brand activations, holidays, tailgates and other celebrations. Mocktail options are available.
Do you carry insurance?
Clear Your Schedule carries liability and liquor liability insurance. Request event-specific documentation if your venue needs it.
How far do you travel?
The published policy includes 30 round-trip miles from ZIP 30224. Extra round-trip mileage is $1.25 per mile. Request an event-specific estimate.
What does the trailer need?
Flat ground, early setup access and a standard 120-volt outlet within 100 feet. The trailer is about 13 feet by 7.5 feet, plus space for the tow vehicle. A generator may be available for an extra fee.
What if it rains?
The host is responsible for suitable tent coverage, coordinated with the event team.
How do I reserve a date?
The current policy lists a $500 nonrefundable deposit and a signed service contract. Rebooking is subject to availability and a $150 fee.
